  • In rare cases (e.g., remote areas or high-demand seasons), delivery may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain amount (as stated on our website or promotions).
  • For orders below the free delivery threshold, a flat shipping fee will be applied depending on your location and be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Partner

5. Delivery Attempts

  • If you are not available to receive the order, our courier will attempt redelivery.
  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.
