Return and Refund Policy

At QatarShoppe.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we offer a fair and simple return and refund process, especially for electronics, toys, tools, and specialty products.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 3 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging

  • All included accessories, manuals, cables, and original invoice are provided

  • Item is not listed as non-returnable (see below)


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged electronic items

  • Egg incubators that have been used or opened

  • Opened or used projectors, TV boxes, or remote controls

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Toys and dolls with broken seals or missing packaging

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

  • Products returned after the return window (3 days)

Exceptions will be made only for defective or wrong items.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item (not working properly out of the box)

  • A wrong item (not what you ordered)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@qatarshoppe.com. Attach:

  • Your order number

  • Clear pictures of the item and issue

  • A description of the problem

We will verify and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund free of charge.


4. Return Process

  1. Email sales@qatarshoppe.com to initiate a return request

  2. We’ll confirm if the item qualifies for return and provide return instructions

  3. Items must be returned using a courier service or arranged pickup (where available)

  4. After inspecting the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection


5. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund via any of the following payment methods.

  • Credit/debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Fawran
  • Cash on delivery

We will decide which payment method should be used for the refund and inform the customer accordingly. Refunds are usually processed within 3–10 business days after approval. 

Please note that a processing fee of 15 QR will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • You ordered the wrong model (e.g., wrong remote type or toy variant)

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Customer pays return shipping for change of mind, wrong product ordered, or non-defective returns


8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. You can also cancel the order once the delivery person calls to confirm your location. After the order has been delivered, you will need to process it as a return.
